Some examples of standardized testing and calibration services that Coanda offers:
- NIST traceable pressure transducer calibrations using our dead weight tester
- Flowmeter calibration using our ASME orifice plate meters
- CV characterization of valves
- Particle sizing (wet and dry) using our Malvern Mastersizer 2000
- Rheological testing (Brookfield DV-III with High viscosity to Ultra low viscosity adapters)
- Surface tension testing (KSV Cam 100)
- Spray nozzle characterization of droplet size distribution, velocity, spray angle, volume flux, gas/liquid flow rates at specified pressure, spray coverage mapping, and behaviour of analogue fluids using various additives.
In addition to the standard testing offered, Coanda's unique lab facilities are capable of any complex flow-related testing that requires a custom test program. Coanda is also flexible in it's pricing structure and turnaround times.
