Infrastructure

Coanda has over 54,000 square feet of lab, office, machine shop and warehouse facilities, split between our two locations in BC and Alberta.

Our BC lab consists of 3 main areas: a fully equipped analytical lab, our main lab (gas and liquid systems, spray nozzle facility, water channel etc…) and our particle lab (fluidized beds and solids analysis). Our machine shop is well equipped to handle small to medium sized parts fabrication and modifications.

Our Alberta facility consists of a smaller scale main lab and some machine shop capabilities. The Edmonton location features similar capabilities as our main hub in BC, while allowing us to replicate winter field conditions without the need for climate control equipment.

Coanda has many permanent facilities, infrastructure and instrumentation that clients can utilize for their research purposes – a spray facility, a water channel, a wind tunnel as well as a large array of pumps, blowers and compressors.
